North korea is becoming a nuclear threat. the more interfering that is done, whether it is by the united states or not, the worse things will get. In conferencing with south korea, and publicly stating that they will defend the south in an attack from the north, america has already rung a bell with north korea as not someone to be kind with. America set themselves up as an enemy.
I dont think any country should really every intervene with another. It's not there business to run the country, however if there people are choosing to leave, assisting those people would be the most that could be done. otherwise the states should go no farther than talking with north korea in trying to calm them down and prevent a nuclear launch. But with how they have handled themselves with south korea, I believe that they should stay quiet for now and and proceed with caution for the future.
