Wealthy nation should be giving aid to these countries with out any strings attached. They should be giving this money as way of helping these countries and not using just to further them selves in the working world. There should be a regulation in place that forces the country to buy the goods being exported out of the developing countries at the price they are actually worth instead of ripping them off and negotiating a lower price. The same goes for exporting goods out of these wealthy countries. The prices of our good should not be raised for the developing countries. Lastly plans that actually will help stabilize the developing economy in the poorer countries and hopefully get the government to stop having to cut funding.
